How do I receive my (eBook) sewing pattern?

After successful payment, your digital sewing pattern will be available for download in your personal account area. It is provided as a ZIP file, which you can unzip to access and use the PDFs.
 

How do I receive the printed pattern sheet?

The printed pattern sheet is shipped to your home by post.
 

How long does it take to receive my pattern?

The digital pattern is available immediately after payment, though the exact timing depends on your chosen payment method. Printed patterns shipped by post usually arrive within 2 to 6 business days.
 

What happens to delivery times during high order volume?

If delivery times are extended due to high demand, the updated delivery estimate will be shown directly in the product view.
 

Are there any shipping costs?

Both digital and physical (plotted) patterns are shipped free of charge.
 

What payment methods are available?

You can choose between advance bank transfer and PayPal Plus.

Details about PayPal Plus: You have the following payment options:

  • PayPal account payment
  • SEPA direct debit
  • Credit card payment

You will be redirected from our webshop (schneidermeer.de) to PayPal for payment. After the transaction is verified, you will be redirected back to Schneidermeer.de to complete your order.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
