Buying Gift Vouchers – This Option Is Currently Unavailable Gift vouchers, if offered in the shop, can be purchased like regular items. Once you buy a voucher and it is activated after successful payment, the amount will appear under your shopping cart. You can then send the desired amount via the "Send Voucher" link.

How to Send Vouchers To send a voucher, click on the "Send Voucher" link in your shopping cart. To send a voucher, I need the following details from you:

• The recipient's first and last name
• A valid email address of the recipient
• The desired amount (you can send partial amounts of your balance)
• A short message to the recipient

Please double-check your information before sending. You can make any necessary corrections to your details before sending the voucher.

Using Vouchers for Purchases Once you have a balance, you can use it to pay for your order. During the checkout process, you will have the option to redeem your balance. If the balance is less than the total order amount, you must choose your preferred payment method for the remaining amount. If your balance exceeds the order value, the remaining balance will be available for your next purchase.

Redeeming Vouchers If you have received a voucher by email, you can redeem the amount as follows:

1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not have a personal account, please create one.
2. Once you add a product to your cart, you can enter your voucher code there.
