Toni – Children's Pants with Elastic Waistband (Sweat or Woven Fabric)

Sew a pair of comfortable children’s pants with the “Toni” sewing pattern – perfect for everyday wear, school, or play. The relaxed fit is designed for children without diapers.

“Toni” features an adjustable elastic waistband for optimal comfort. You can add front pockets and back patch pockets to store small treasures. A faux fly option gives the pants an extra stylish detail.

The hem can be finished in three ways: simply folded and topstitched, with an elastic casing, or with cuffs – ideal for jogger-style pants or loungewear.

Depending on your fabric choice, “Toni” can look sporty or casual. Use sweat fabric or jersey for a cozy version, or opt for elastic woven fabrics like stretch denim for a sturdier feel. The included seam allowance of 0.7 cm makes it perfect for serger sewing as well.

The pattern is available in both German and English. All measurements are provided in cm and inches.
